How many gift cards can I receive at once?
You can receive as many gift cards as your points allow, in increments of $25. You will earn five points for each new family that subscribes to ReadingIQ from home. Once you earn at least 25 points, you can start redeeming with your first $25 gift card!
Do my rewards points ever expire?
Your rewards points will not expire as long as your ReadingIQ for Teachers account remains active.
How will my gift card get to me? Do I need to pay for shipping?
Gift cards will be delivered digitally, right to your email, within 3-5 business days from when the gift card is requested! If you don't see it within that timeframe please check to make sure it did not get directed to your "junk" folder. If all else fails, our Customer Support team will be happy to help you!
What happens if a family cancels their subscription? Will I lose those points?
You will not lose points if a family cancels their subscription but you will only earn points one time per family.
How can I use my gift card(s)?
After receiving your gift card, you can use it to purchase classroom supplies, books, or student rewards from retailers like Amazon, Target, Walmart, Staples, and Lakeshore Learning. Gift cards and rewards points may not be resold and are subject to the terms and conditions of the company that issues them. The offer is valid in the U.S. only and not for personal use. Points have no cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed either in whole or in part for cash.

Can I earn points for my classroom with my existing account?
Reward points are only awarded for families signing up for the first time.
